The main lobby area and bar were nice, and the location was convenient to everything. The rooms, on the other hand, were tiny. Our first room only had 1 towel, a tiny bed, and the TV and thermostat didn't work. We were hoping to get something a little nicer or at least get something knocked off our bill since the first night was rough, but we got a carbon copy of the room... but TV and thermostat worked. We did enjoy the live music in the lobby, so that was a plus.

Our bathroom shower was very clogged and the heater didn’t work till I called to come fix it. Didn’t like that I had to pay to store my luggage for a couple of hours after checkout, also wasn’t able to use the bathrooms in the lobby after checking out.

Overall, we had a very good stay. we loved the location and being so close to Times Square and the theaters. Also, we loved the lobby, it was very cozy, warm and inviting. The receptionist that checked us in seemed new and bumbled a bit. He did not tell us where the elevators were or any other information to enhance our stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. But No Internet service no Internet service connection. So whenever we were in the room, we don’t have nothing to watch, but the local news because you can’t connect your apps at least use your phone to connect your apps like Netflix or others ones. There’s a pipes running through the room they gave us and construction is right outside our window so we wake up so early because the construction workers are on site early. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either. I think for a nice hotel like that that is in the middle of Times Square making all that money from customers, they can do better.
