This is my favorite hotel in NYC, Times Squares area. The customer service is incredible, great location- near Broadway and all the good stuff. Rooms are spacious. The showers need a bit more work.

The room was nicely clean and with the proper attention. Thank you, Martha, our housekeeper. Nevertheless, two of the drawers were broken, and the TV was tilted and at some point we asked for service because de TV doesn’t work properly. The frontdesk staff gave the impression to be tired and grumpy.
