The room was very dated. No plug points at all in the bedroom to charge phones. No WiFi reception in the bedroom. Wifi reception was very poor. No daily housekeeping and even though we stayed 4 nights no room clean on the third day as stated.

It was truly serenity living in the woods, hotel staff at reception were nice and friendly. Breakfast spread were decent but note it’s cabinet stuff instead of hot meals. Only downside were housekeeping, our rooms were not vacuumed throughout all nights. Other than the jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed, the hotel could use some refurbishment to freshen up the whole experience. One downside will be the lack of kitchen sink where you will need to do all refilling and washing with the small toilet basin. Overall we enjoyed our stay, accessible to most attractions and shops too.
