Great hotel overall, mostly due to good location. Only thing to improve was that the bed was too soft, and gave me and my husband a terrible back pain.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. My daughter felt like a celebrity walking through the lobby every morning to their smiles and cheers. Easy location in NoMad/Koreatown. Two blocks to Whole Foods, four blocks to a park with playground, and 6 min walk to two subway lines. Rooms were clean but small however the large window helped them feel larger. Small fridge was great for drinks and leftovers. Only con was that you could easily hear people coming back to their room at night time (only 6 rooms per floor so not terrible but definitely noticeable). We are also to bed early with younger kids so if you're coming and going at more typical vacation times, would not be an issue. We ended up putting a towel under the door frame which muffled the sound a lot!
