Front desk was polite and accommodating. All my concerns were addressed . I booked this same day for a concert and it literally was perfect walking distance to Madison Square Garden . Will be returning this will be my go to hotel . Kevin from front desk you rock / Also the person who checked me in with the fancy nails loved your energy .

The hotel is very basic. Retuned to the room at 4.30pm on the first day and despite leaving the "please clean our room" sign on the door the room had not been cleaned. When we raised this with reception I was surprised to be told we had to ask each day for it to be cleaned! They didn't actually clean the rooms, just changed the towels and made the beds. Very noisy on the street side and no sound proofing. Very limited storage space to unpack. clean

Just a very nice, reasonably priced hotel that is conveniently located in Midtown East (Koreatown) that is easily accessible to subway, dining, shopping. The front desk staff were very helpful and helped me with printing my documents. I would definitely stay here again
