I give 5 stars because the value for the price was great. Was I missing washcloths the first 2 nights yes, but did I ask about them, no. Did the shower leak all over the floor, yes. Probably should have reported that for their sake. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, Breakfast was decent and included. So I’d stay again.

Hotel is located close to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff Reasonably priced for the area Breakfast was varied. My only complaint is the hot food was cold. Room had 3 issues: 1- Bed was extremely soft and caused back issues. 2- shower door was heavy and had to be lifted to close as it was misaligned. 3- Key cards kept getting de-activated and had to re-activate every day (even when keeping away from other cards and magnet).

Room was a standard 3* so in that respect I was satisfied because I knew before I booked I was booking a 3* hotel. I had to request shower gel because the container was empty during my stay which is not good because that should have been a standard daily chec by the room maids. Other than that it was what I expected.

it was an awesome stay. everyone had a great attitude. i have worked for a couple of hotels and it can be a challenging job. this staff was friendly and efficient. highly recommended!

The room never got cool. It would say 50 or 60 or 62 and never get cool. When I went to check out the breakfast the guy was complaining of the lack if cool. At the breakfast it was ok. The eggs looked like just chopped egg whites. There was bacon so I got by.
There was no picture taken of the outside. There is building rafters or structures everywhere. No pretty blue light and inviting entrance, it took two of us to turn the round door.

For starters phone in room did not work. Couldn’t imagine what would happen if there was an emergency traveling with 2 children! Then I was told to text them and no response til hours later. And it just went downhill from there, room had no fridge, I was told one could be provided then it never happened. One of my children has to drink special milk that has to stay refrigerated. Then the room was NEVER cleaned, I had to go to the from desk and ask for room service, and when they came they made us feel like we were a bother, and refused to clean the room while we were in there, after not coming the 10 hours we were gone for the day. Just disrespectful, and the front desks responses was that they were fully booked. Like if once again we were an inconvenience. Room was handicap, smelled like smoke and mildew, dresser was broken. Wish we booked a different location, very disappointing.
