Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations.
The breakfast was very poor. The food lacked flavor and variety, and everything tasted bland. It felt more like a requirement to offer breakfast than an effort to provide a good experience for guests.
The customer service was disappointing. Staff did not seem attentive or proactive when issues were reported.
The most frustrating part was the housekeeping service. We requested a refill of the body wash, were told it would be sent, and waited over an hour with no response. In the end, I had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get the soap, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
The location is good, but service quality and basic guest care need serious improvement.
