The location was not bad. The staff was professional and courteous. The property is in need of repair and updating. The revolving door at the entrance was not working; the elevator was rickety and slow; the hallway carpets were rolling and hazardous to anyone with mobility issues. The cost per night was too expensive for the low budget hotel. We cut our stay short and moved to another hotel.

The property is conveniently located in midtown and close to the 34th street subway station. It’s a relatively quick walk to major attractions in the Times Square vicinity. The complimentary breakfast is surprisingly good. And the hotel is reasonably priced for Manhattan. That said, the hotel is in need of a major refurbishment. The carpets are very worn, some of the wallpaper in guest rooms is starting to peel, and some of the drawers/closets in disrepair. Our room wasn’t particularly clean. The lobby and elevators need refurbishment as well.

Location is good, one of very few which offers breakfast and water. Rooms are quite decent only issue I faced was with the lifts which were very scary n noisy and very hot no fans in the lifts. Overall okay experience.

The location was great, close to the train and time square. If you are looking to sightsee the tourists area- this is a great location. It was also quiet. Decent breakfast. Rooms are small but typical for Manhattan

The room was very small. And the beds were full not queen sized. No frig or microwave. The carpet was so gross. Sticky and lefft black resadew on ur socks and feet. . But other than that, The staff was nice, and breakfast was ok, and in great location.
