The breakfast each morning was great. Lots of options that really helped to start the day. Friendly staff and the room was clean and well stocked with water and clean towels. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in front of the hotel. But, I know smoking marijuana is level in NY, but it was disappointing that people off of the street, not hotel guests, were coming to the patio and smoking marijuana there. That just seemed inappropriate and each time it happened the smell was overwhelming so we would just leave.

Excellent hotel! Property is conveniently located in the heart of Midtown. Walkable to most NYC iconic attractions. Customer service was top notch as well as the room. 9 out of 10!! Super quiet, great complementary breakfast, easy access to Broadway and Times Square. Cons: they didn’t have extra toilet paper in bathroom and the phone didn’t work so we had to go down to the lobby to get extra tp.

Breakfast was the only good part of this stay. We booked 2 rooms, both were dirty, still had pieces of food under our beddings, room and bathrooms are old and outdated. Receptionist staffs feels like they didn't wanted to work.
