The hotel is at a very convenient location, easy access to everywhere. Hotel room is not as spacious as it shows in photos but it’s NYC, so no complain. It has a nice high ceiling and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Chris who got us checked in and have been extremely helpful to our enquirers and requests throughout our stay. We really love our stay here.

Everyone who worked there was so nice. The room was the perfect size and very clean. It's in a perfect location for transit and Korean food. The only downfalls were that the bed was very squeaky and bent in the center, and the windows let in a lot of surrounding noise.

We were surprised by the quality of service and of the room for the price we paid. The room was spacious, old fashioned in the look but well decorated and comfortable. The lobby is very welcoming with a restaurant and a bar well decorated. Almost a European look. We will gladly return because the staff was also super friendly and did their best to please us, a memorable experience. Also the location is perfect and very safe. Bravo, great stay!

The man at reception was extremely kind and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the large bathroom, though the water pressure was a bit lacking. It was quiet and we loved the general ambiance. Great, great location and easy parking.
