First trip to nyc- and this was a perfect location! Culture coffee across the street is a must try! Isla & co for happy hour daily 3-6 is so fun and easy to just have a drink before or after heading out. We walked to Central Park, time square, and 5th avenue is literally around the corner. Once we Uber’d from the airport (jfk- now that’s expensive lol) we never had to uber or take a taxi again. We walked to all our meals and really had a wonderful time. Our room was cleaned every single night there! We stayed a total of 3! Front desk is friendly and so down to earth. BOOK HOTEL HENDRICKS! :)

Great choice

It’s a nice place in a nice location. The only complaint is that the elevators are also used by the housekeeping staff so you can wait quite some time or have to make quite a few stops before you get to your desired location.

Pleasant stay, in the heart of NYC

Great location, friendly staff and the check in/ out process was really quick and easy. The rooms were a okay size however very dark with no natural light and 'mood lighting' in the rooms which made it difficult to get ready for the day. Maid service was later in the day and so they were often turning down the room when we arrived back after being out most of the day. The towels are small and could be bigger for getting in and out of the shower. A mirror in the room in addition to the bathroom would be of benefit, overall we had a really pleasant stay with no issues!

Upon walking in the first night they were out of water. We asked for daily room service and they skipped a day. The coffee machine wasn’t working so they told us we could buy 2 cups from the restaurant downstairs. They did replace the machine but didn’t give us coffee or cups. We were celebrating a birthday and asked for 2 wine glasses for a special bottle of wine that we brought from Oregon. They didn’t have any. We had to use the plastic cups in the bathroom. Just ruined the experience. There is a non working clock sitting on the nightstand. Why??? They forgot to leave hand towels. Overall just mediocre and will never stay there again.
