Excellent location ...great staff ...nice and helpful ...but elevators incredibly slow ..and no lobby or restaurant ..so the entry is very crowded when lots of people entering or leaving ... but its an excellent choice in a very central spot

The staff was excellent! The room clean and they accommodated an early arrival. In the heart of Midtown with the Rock, NBC, Radio City Music Hall & St. Patrick's Cathedral all in short walking distance. The 6th floor room, noisy with the Public Restrooms, Fitness Center & Storage all on that floor. The floor above on the 7th, the dining room. My room had heating issues in which the staff did address after several attempts until after midnight. Iffy about staying there again.

We never slept!! We were on the 2nd floor and the club next door/under the hotel was having some event that continued throughout the entire night. Club music was still blasting at 6am when we finally decided to just leave and go home. Called the front desk around 4am to ask about the noise and mentioned it again when we left. They basically said there was nothing they could do. If booking this hotel, I would recommend asking for a top floor.

Rooms were super small and for the price you pay for 1 night, I was expecting a little bit more of a better experience. Window with no view blocked by construction. Small hallways and doorways. Barely could get my mother’s mobilized scooter in and out. Phone in the room didn’t work. Waiting over 45 min for housekeeping to come and clean up a broken glass.

Good for 1-2 nights, it’s clean and the staff is nice. The bathroom was uncomfortable as the shower floor was at the same level as the rest pf the floor, and water went all over the place.
