The lobby is tiny and there is nowhere to sit. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There is no one to help with bags when you arrive or to assist you in hailing a cab which is unfortunate given the cost of the hotel.

The hotel cancelled my booking prior to my checkin -without any notice. Thankfully there was another hotel close by, but it cost me twice as much. The line to the elevator when we arrived at the Doubletree was 20 people deep leading me to assume they had one working elevator for the lobby. It will not be a hotel I will consider on my next trip to NYC.
