Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 11th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

This top floor unit provides exceptional comfort, no guests above you and unparalleled views.  From the balcony, the ocean, pool courtyard, and vast expanse of this car free section of the beach is everywhere you look.  Enjoy breakfast and happy hour with mesmerizing views, or just relax and soak up the warm sunshine. The kitchen is fully stocked and the master king has terrific natural light and views. There is a coin operated laundry room just a few steps outside the front door.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Condo and building grounds are really nice!

Condo was nice, clean. The king bed was very comfy. view was great. There was a bit of construction with a seawall going in but didnt bother us. We enjoyed our stay,even with the cooler weather.

Great stay!

My family loved our stay at NSB. The unit was just as advertised. The view from the balcony was amazing for watching the sun rise. We also got to see two rocket launches from the balcony during our stay. We really enjoyed the use of the full size kitchen, and loved all the space in the master bedroom. Communication with the host was excellent. Hope to visit again soon!
