Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 11th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

This beautiful 4th floor oceanfront condo with spectacular views from the private balcony is perfect for couples and families. The view is amazing. We also have private wifi and premium cable channels in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the livng area comfortable and clean, with well-maintained amenities. The master bedroom has its own private bath with shower. There is a 2nd bathroom in the hallway near the guest bedroom. The washer and dryer is full size, located in the closet off the dining room.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television with premium TV channels is provided, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean

I chose this property for its proximity to the ocean and local restaurants and shops. It did not disappoint. Very quiet and peaceful area and just a couple of miles away from many of NSB amazing food spots. We Ben got to see a Space X launch from our balcony. Will definitely be back.

The property is just the right size. A refreshing pool, a great sun deck facing the ocean for high tide, and the other guests are friendly as well.

Great Spot

Management team was great, very kind and helpful. Nicely updated condo. Great location. Could have a little more seating in the main living area, but aside from that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again.
