It was an okay stay, but they have a bunch of druggies and prostitutes around the area out front of the main door, and they were probably staying at the motel. The plus about this Morel is that there is a pizza place in front of the building.

Good stay for the price. I decided to take the chance and book for a weekend stay, to travel to a nearby festival. Basic room with a fridge and microwave, was clean, quiet, nearby stores and restaurants too. Everything worked fine and we had a good stay.

The room was nasty: extremely dirty floor. Housekeepers did not even swept; we found dog cookies, lots of hairs all over the room. I can’t even mention de bathroom—OMG! Pubic hairs in the bathtub. I told the two ladies who clean the second floor to clean the room…they came to the room arguing that it not their fault that the hotel accepts pets in the rooms…unbelievable! They don’t even have a MOP. I noticed the new furniture from recent remodel—BUT what is the point of remodeling if they do not provide MOPS to clean the floors? I actually took a napkin and scrap the floor a little bit—it was so obvious that a clean mop could clean that nasty floor. If I found dog cookies is because THE FLOOR WAS NEVER SWEPT. No excuse for that; and the pubic hair in the bathtob was just disgusting…omg

Do not trust the pictures. Motel is very run down, and dirty. There is no coffee in lobby as pictures state. The entire motel smells of cigarettes, it gets on your clothes and you can taste it. Window screens are bent up and windows hard to open. We had to leave and find other accommodations.

Overall, my day was pretty good. My only problem was when me and my husband came into the front desk. I don’t know if it’s because we were black that the lady asked us for our license plates and both of our IDs because I stay there before and they never did that. I’ll say that’s the only complaint I have that I might stay at a different motel six from now on

Don’t Stay Here

We were supposed to stay here one night on our way elsewhere. Check in went fine but I wasn’t feeling great. After lugging our stuff up the stairs to the second floor I started feeling worse. The stance of cigarette smoke permeated the hall and room and even after cranking the air up it was sweltering. Neither of us felt like we could stay there so we left and booked a room at the holiday inn across the street which was amazing compared to Motel 6.

Very budget. Beds were very worn. A couple front desk staff (night) were quite rude to our son with disabilities. Zero fridge and only a community microwave. No shampoo or conditioner. Very budget/basic. Hallways smelled of weed. ((We are a family that does not hold our standards high))
