The staff was nice. I just got out of knee surgery and when I got to the hotel I was given a second floor, I asked if they can please change it to a first floor but the front desk person said he couldn’t, therefore I had to walk it up. There were no towels at all in the room. We had to call in order to get some.

Elevator was non operational. We were on the 4th floor. The hallway REEKED of smoke, cigarettes and pot. Once in the room, for the VERY SHORT time we were there, there was a small dog YAPPING AND BARKING NON STOP. I left within an hour. Very disappointing. PS. The desk person had the personality of a wet cardboard box. On the phone and in person.

#1 the elevator was out and I was on the top floor. I stayed for 2 days. #2 housekeeping sucks you have to go get your own towels on the 1st floor. #3 stairway smells bad #4 for it being a non smoke hotel, it smelt like cigarettes. #5 if your a tv person this ain’t the place for you. The tv is only programed to about 30 channels. Last but not least my first night was fine second night my neighbor next door decided to start clapping and singing at 4am ! Didn’t stop until 730am 😒.

The hallway smells like dog urine and weed. Most of the staff were unable to help or rude. Place is cheap. It’s good if you’re in a pinch and need a night to rest.

Reserved a 2 queen bed room but ended up with one bed that was slightly larger than a double that was described as s king sized bed. Love the bathroom walk in shower with grab bars in the handicapped bathroom. Great for elderly customers.
