Worst Hyatt we have ever been in. Needs a total rehaul. Very dark and dank, old and worn, dated. Felt dirty and hard to tell if it was not because so dark. Bathtub/shower was disgusting. All the fixtures coming out of the wall amd brown/black around the soap holders. Do not stay here.

The gentleman who checked me in was perfect in every way. I stay in hotels a lot he was the best. I already forgot his name starts with a j. Breakfast was ok. There are places to eat in the area. I had a beautiful room

I like that the property did some renovation which meant upgrade, convenient, clean and walking distance to pops restaurant. What I would like if they will put a door that also connects the sink to the toilet and tub area. I don't like an open area where the sink is to the rest place

Nice over night stay.

My 2 daughters and I stayed here for a brief over night trip. The hotel was super quiet and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. The only thing we wished we had in the room was a microwave to heat up dinner leftovers. The area was convenient and felt safe.

The furnishings are dated (worn couches, peeling pleather chairs, and squeaky bed frames) and the bathroom needs updating (cracked sink, missing grout, no vent). Staff is very nice and accommodations are adequate for a short stay. Free breakfast was great.

The mini frig wasn’t plugged in, the bedside phone wasn’t hooked up, The shower, toilet area, was barely lit, And, there was only one washcloth and hand towel in my room. The restaurant is a complete joke. There is no dining room, and the entire available menu consists of six items. The lobby is actually the dining area. Unfortunately, I could never recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in industrail area.
