Close to Interstate

Pro's: Easy off and on to interstate, staff very friendly, two dining options inside, clean. Con's: Very noisy with traffic noise and sirens, even with us being on the 9th floor. Hotel is next to a hospital. Public parking deck is not free and did not appear to be monitored. No other parking option other than a few handicap spaces that are also not free, but are in front of the drive into the hotel.

The room is purposely kept with very limited light to hide the dirtiness. There was human waste on the bedding which we discovered the next day. No room service for 3 days. Housekeeping cleaned the odd number rooms only..We insisted on having our room cleaned asked for manager but no avail. This place needs to be shut down- very unsafe from public health perspective!!

Nice stay!!

Place was really nice and clean, well maintained and with a nice overall presentation. When arrived the guy at the desk wasn't having his best day, but every other personnel was super friendly, helpful and polite!!

Stayed 3nights and the whole time the ac was not working. The coffee maker did not work .i called the front desk to let them know about the ac but they did a temporary fix on it because it stop working.on the last day of my stayed i woke up with a leaking ac the rug was all wet.the hallway to my room always had a bad smell of marijuana so my stayed at the hotel was bad

Service and staff were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was TV had several channels that did not work. Issue may have been due to weather as they have sattelite provider and it rained every day we were there
