Don’t stay here this property is horrible! Door was broken! there was no Shower Towles! Had to dry off with face towels! Crazy right? Yeah Ik!!!! Denied my refund after the front gentleman told me to request one! Hall ways smell terrible! I’m not the type to complain or write reviews but that’s how bad this place is! DO NOT STAY HERE! Had a 2 night stay arrive late Friday night, had no towels in the room. Towels requested. Saturday morning still no towels. Didn't get towels until 6 pm Saturday after many request. Cross the hallway rooms had trash sitting there all weekend long, staff did not bother to take trash out even after coming to our room to open door. Corroded microwave, phone room didn't work and was not given a card for room, staff had to open door every time we needed to get into room. One of the times staff tried opening it 3 times and couldn't, a gentleman tried opening it with a screw driver and a card after multiple times and waiting 30+ minutes it failed. Finally, was opened by attempting with a small black box. If all these issues were communicated at check-in it would be different but, they were not other than staff would go open our room door. Of course, never said sometimes we have problems trying to get into rooms. Staff can only work with what is provided to them, facility owners should not have this facility open. Would not recommend staying here. Expedia before putting a facility on your site make sure you know what the facility actually looks like. Pictures are deceiving.

Really bad service make me change my room three times when I arrive plus the room they gave me have a throw up in the restroom and in the last room that they gave me a spider bite me and I still on treatment for that really bad hotel. I don’t recommend this place at all

THE ROACHES COME OUT AT NIGHT!

This place is in desperate need of an exterminator. This place needs to be shut down immediately! The people who work there stink, and one ladies breath smelled so bad it was coming into mines. We left for my son’s football game and returned at 4:00 in the morning and cut the lights on in our room only to find ROACHES everywhere; even in the sheets. This place is nasty, the workers are nasty and the water doesn’t get hot because the ROACHES ARE living in the PIPES.

Went to check in and had no king suites left even though I paid in advance. Checked in and they didn’t have keys to make for us to access our room. The beds were too small for us to share so had to sleep separate. Only one towel in a double room for showers. Had roaches in hotel room. The beds had stains on comforter and sheets. It was a horrible stay

Please DO NOT book this hotel

My family’s stay was very uncomfortable. Upon checking in, there was no one at the front desk. We clicked the button to page someone & it took them 5 mins to come. Getting off the elevator to our floor, the smell of dog increase as we got closer to our room. The room next to us had dog hair everywhere on the carpet outside the door. Inside our room (I booked a double bed with full kitchen), my daughter went to shower & was met with pest & roaches. Inside the refrigerator was old ice & spilled drinks. The stove was out of commission missing BOTH knobs. Later that day roaches were crawling on the wall. Our sleep was so uncomfortable that we checked out at 3am the next morning.
