The lobby clerk was friendly. However I had requested online 24!hrs previously an early check-in. I received no feedback until 32 min prior to my presumed 1pm check-in. They told me my early checkin was denied. How dare they wait until 32 min before unexpected check-in. This notification must be made in the early morning of arrival at the latest. Plus the room is shoeing its age as fixtures are coming detached from the wall and doorknobs are loose.

I wish they wouldn’t let girls be at the front desk late at night, there was a person there that was yelling at the girl at the front desk and she was crying. I wanted to beat his ass but she asked me to let him go.

The staff purposely falsified my booking in order to keep my payment and would not refund. Be aware of this scam between them and Expedia. If you don't pay their racketeering fee of $9 or more, they will scam you out of your entire payment. I found that they are in cahoots with each other. Delaying your time until your payment goes through and you're left holding the bag. Out $126 because of their mistake. Always mistrust.
