Book Neville Island hotels

A little pricey but I paid for the incredible convenience. Very clean room. Hotel staff including the bar staff was super friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport was perfectly timed for us to get to our flight. Great experience. Will stay again if our flight leaves at 4a again.

Housekeeping was not good. We stayed for 3 nights and the bed was not made even once. They emptied the trash and cleaned the bathroom on day 2 and then forgot to leave bath towels

Clean hotel in a great location

My favorite part of the stay was their excellent breakfast buffet including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pastries, bagels (even with lox, capers and red onions) plus a waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, etc. It was a true breakfast buffet! Besides that, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet (except the air conditioner was a bit noisy), the parking free and access and the grounds were well kept.

I really want to give this hitel 5 stars as it has so much giing for it. However, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. (I just assumed, wrongly, that there would be.) The only problem we had was with the heating/ac/ventilation in the room. The thermostat was controlled somewhere other than in our room, and whether the heating was on or not, there was a fan running constantly which gave me a terrible headache and caused my husband to have an allergy attack.
