Nice room, took a long time to get vehicle after checking out- valet. No complimentory breakfast in the morning. Only could purchase coffee and the like. Overall excellent service from the pleasant staff.

Pricey but comfortable. Valet is very expensive but if garages are full it is at least a convenient parking option. Be sure to call at least 20 minutes ahead of time for them to pull your car up for you

The hotel looks beautiful, almost from a different era. Staff is friendly. Patking is ok, but not part of the hotel, easy though. My only one dislike was that my room did not have proper ventilation. Windows were shut, and as a result, the room smelled like a sweaty gym! Not great. Other than that, it was a good experience

Premier room was generous. (Bathroom was normal and perfectly fine, but not "generous".) Restaurants lacked ambiance, but the food was surprisingly good -- really, very good. We got a great price (under $200/night,) so the value was outstanding. Overall a very positive experience.

Elegant yet comfy

I loved the historic elegance of the William Penn and the top-notch service. With its comfortable sitting chair and soft, thick carpet, my room was an oasis to return to after a busy day. And the parking lot was located conveniently across the street. Easily my favorite Pittsburgh hotel to date.

Nice weekend getaway

Took a long weekend to take in some baseball. We typically stay at the William Penn. A great hotel. Centrally located in downtown Pittsburgh. We have been back since before Covid. The lobby is still beautiful. Rooms could use some updating. Mattress was comfortable. Pillows are awful. Bathroom was small and tight. Toilet flushed but not well. Shower/tub drained slowly.

Omni William Penn is a fantastic beautiful property in the heart of downtown just minutes from tons of great restaurants, bars and PNC park. We had a corner suite on 7th floor overlooking the Allegheny county courthouse and Union Trade building, beautiful.
