Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were some hiccups. We arrived very early and had the front desk hold our bags. I was disappointed to see that they just had them next to the front desk. There was no room to ensure the security of our bags. Our room had a very musty smell when we checked in. I called front desk and he switched us to another room very quickly however the layout was different & smaller so I believe we overpaid on what we ultimately got. It was a nice touch that they have a coffee bar with espresso machine in the lobby however the front desk staff does not know how to make coffee. I received the worst latte known to man. The rooftop terrace is small but a nice touch. We enjoyed our terrible coffee up there ha! It was closed for an event 1 of our 2 nights. I was charged $17 for a glass of truly yellow, old wine at the bar and the glass was covered in lipstick. I didn't get an itemized receipt which I found suspicious. No way of knowing if $17 was correct. We had an easy time walking to some pre-planned things but otherwise it is not a very nice part of town. Lots of broken glass, homeless people, etc. We got coffee at Gasoline Street nearby. Otherwise selection of food is more towards the strip district and other parts of town. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure is great but no overhead lighting in the shower was odd. Also there are random steps in the hall. Not great for using the baggage carts to get to your room.

This hotel was so understaffed that it took over an hour - at 4:30pm - to get into our rooms because they weren’t cleaned yet. Our rooms were not cleaned or restocked once in a 4-night stay. Our accessible room’s roll-in shower was clogged causing the entire bathroom to flood, and also had empty shampoo and body wash containers. The staff were pleasant and the valets were good, but this was far too expensive for this experience - I will not ever pay in advance again.

Stayed three nights, and got bug bites during the nights. Didn’t realize it was bed bug until the early morning before I checked out, I saw a bed bug on the white bed sheet and I squeezed it and it became red and black on the white bed sheet. Now I am worried I brought bed bugs home :(

Nice hotel vibe, with cool design touches here and there… But rooms are smallish and many (like mine) with barely any natural light (only a narrow and dark utility patio). I did found very petty that they charged me $3 each day for a small water bottle needed to fill my coffee machine, while skipping a day of cleaning with no excuse or trade other than a letter of apology. Lobby also charges almost $5 for welcome coffee.

Nightmare at the Hilton!!!!

Well check-in was at 4pm. Our room wasn’t ready until 7pm and the room which I upgraded to a suite was facing a brick wall with no view. There was a dirty sock under the bed. The room phone did not work and the manager never contacted me on my request she gave me a couple Hilton honors points as if that was accommodating. Very disappointed!

Our room had mold in the shower. It needs to be steam cleaned. Our room smelled musty and mildewy. The flat sheet was not fitted to the bed and was not large enough to cover the mattress pad which is likely not cleaned regularly. Same with the comforter cover. Our check in was very late but staff were amazing. We valet’s our car and valets were amazing. Our room was never cleaned. But again, staff rose to the occasion and provided towels.

Quiet comfortable stay

This was a good place to stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. It was a compact room which really was compact. The location was very good. We did not use the valet parking as there were lots close by that were more economical and you didn’t have to wait for the valet. The main reason for not giving 5 stars were that the AC was not working when we arrived in our room. We had a bit of a time crunch but but they were able to fix it, but it took some time. The other thing was lack of housekeeping over the 2 nights. Trash doesn’t get emptied or things like cups, loo rolls…things we had to ask for. Having said that, housekeeping was very prompt. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Overall I would recommend staying there.

Room floor was dirty with unknown white stains, pet hair from a previous guest stay. No toiletries provided. Staff was room when I called the hotel (woman). Staff was on her phone on check in. We were put in a 300 square foot room that felt like a closet. For $250 a night this is not worth it. In the hallways of 7th floor, dirty bedsheets and trash containers were not timed or picked up for at least 12 hours we were there. They just sat in piles in the hallway outside two different coridoors. Infectious disease risk, bacteria, viruses potential and the breakfast was way overpriced for bacon eggs and some toast. We’re never staying at this establishment every again and I don’t like Hilton now for the poor conditions/ negative experience here.
