Lotion and soap bottles were empty even after housekeeping the next day. Requested them and towel from Front desk, I asked how long and was told in a few. No one came or call. I was total forgotten about. I checked out a day earlier than planned, I booked 3 nights, Friday to Monday, I left on Sunday. I was charged $143 for 2 day of parking. Everyday I got I paid immediately and charged nothing to my room. Hotel was cold in the restaurant downstairs. Most of the staff acted as if they were doing you a favor instead of providing customer service. Pretending they didn’t hear you when you are speaking to them or trying to get their attention.

Room was great. It was very quiet. The king size bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and decorated very nicely. The gym was surprisingly big,very clean and had a nice amount of equipment. There were about 9 cardio machines that faced a few TVs. The hot water in for the shower was more warm than hot but during our stay it was about 5 degress outside, so it was probably caused by the extreme cold. They make very good cappuccino as well.

All in all we had a lovely stay; however there were several things that were broken in the room and the bathroom wallpaper was starting to peel. The shower head sprayed the top of the ceiling if it was turned a specific way and the window shade would not stay raised inhibiting our views. I expected a little bit more from a Hilton property. Also, as a Hilton Honors member, I was shocked to see that only certain levels of members didn’t have to pay for the complementary water. The staff was amazing! And we enjoy the location and food options nearby. Overall a pleasant experience.
