We were very Thankful for the front desk and Maintenance. Unfortunately we had to be moved 2x. 1st due to other Guest Drinking,Fighting until 1am. Next room started off great then we went out shopping, returned and the ac stopped working so Maintenance chaged batter and thermostat. A half hour later the ac stopped and room got hot. Maintenance came back walked in to the heat and so Oh My, check the ac, called front desk and advised them we need to move. Final Room was perfect. I'd stay here again if my 1st choice was booked but would hope for a better room that works. Front Desk,Maintenance Man, Restaurant and Bistro were all excellent.

Room was to small.. sheets had blood spots on them and didn’t even request a handicap room and was given one .. the ice maker machine was to loud next to the room and could hear the motor running and the blow dryer (hair) wasn't even working.. bad experience and lack of sleep.

Food is good. Beds are clean and comfy. The hot tub did stop working and we couldn’t open our curtains in our room because it was a front row view of cars in the parking lot. Otherwise it was a nice stay
