There was no information provided that hotel guests receive free parking. I only found this out after i had paid for parking in the garage. There was a pair of dirty woman’s underwear on the top shelf of our closet next to the iron

Stayed here after a concert. Location was perfect for walking to and from Stage AE. Staff was all so friendly..facility was super clean. Add the fact you could just walk next door to the casino and thats a perfect combination for a stay in the city

The landing Hotel was Beautiful! The grounds and the views were spectacular. The continental breakfast was great! The casino is HUGEEEEE! I loved every aspect of this property. I would definitely prefer this hotel to family and friends, and I will definitely be back.

They ask if you wished to have housekeeping but when we just asked for dry towels - request was ignored. The room was too hot and humid for our towels to dry. The room was never less than 75.8 F. We spent each night sweating. No matter what the thermostat was set on the room stayed hot. All we received in return when we expressed our discomfort was a front desk clerk lesson on how to use a thermostat - husband is an HVAC specialist and we both are capable of reading, seeing, and using a digital thermostat!! It was obvious that the system is like many other hotels - like Hotel California - you can change it but it doesn't go below the computerized hotel settings. The thermostat read 69-70F but all of our phones read 75+F which matched the sweat running off of us. We left to go down stairs to cool off - set the thermostat at 68F returned to find the thermostat at 70F!?! IF they had a pool we would have slept in it. We kept the blinds closed but there was no resolution - just a hot sweaty room all night. Breakfast was basic, valet parking was okay just don't be in a hurry to leave.

Booked 2 days for a Pirates game - hoping to return to a cool room but was wrong. No matter what temperature we set the thermostat it remained hot in the room. I'm sure this is like so many hotels with their undisclosed limits on the thermostat. My husband is an HVAC specialist along with being a master electrician - the repeat explanation of HOW to use a thermostat became a frustrating experience. We set the thermostat on 69F, it read a constant 69-70F on the device BUT all of our phones showed 75.8F as the actual temperature. The fact that we were sweating all night was enough proof that the temps were no where near 69 or 70F. We requested dry towels for our second night, NONE received!! The towels would not dry in the room because of the humidity and high room temps. Alert, if you set your thermostat before going out, hoping to return to a cool room, you will get a rude surprise as the temperature seems to magically get changed will you are out. Hot room, went to casino to cool off, returned to a hot room!!! As for being quiet- yes sometimes but the location is at the interstate exit which is sometimes very loud and thanks to those who feel the need to rev their engines to show their inconsiderate behaviors at 2am you may get a rude, unexpected wakeup. The breakfast offering is acceptable and basic. Staff are efficient but loud cleaning the area. The slamming of plates can be a bit shocking when it is just behind you and you are not aware. Security is good.
