It was a very easy place to stay and extremely family friendly. Breakfast and dinner were solid and saved money on the trip. Would be perfect if traveling with a family as all the food was kid friendly too.

Hi we definitely enjoyed the Druery suites.. location was ideal for the venue just across the river. 20 minute bridge walk. Great restaurants around and close to fre public transportation that Pittsburgh offers when your down town.

My room was especially dark with few lamps and electrical outlets. In order to see in the closet I had to turn on the bathroom lights. The window looked at a wall. There were no real glasses and no bottled water available for purchase. Overall I felt that this was a budget hotel trying to appear upscale.

A very average hotel with hardworking staff

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is very average. Free breakfast, dinner, and first drink are nice amenities. We had to wait 50 mins for the valet to retrieve our car on Saturday due to lots of guest and understaffing. It took a while to rectify but we were comped the $39 (!) per day valet parking fee for that day and they pilled some other employees to assist. Hallways were loud in the morning.

Me and my party very much liked our stay here at this hotel! It was in walking distance from PPG Paints Arena which was a huge plus. Checking in was a little rough because of how loud it was in the lobby and apparently our room wasn't ready yet (even though we were there after check in time). But we got complimentary drink cards which were a huge plus, our room was clean and nice, the valet parking was convenient and the dinner and breakfast buffets were lovely. One complaint I have is the elevators, as there are only 2 elevators for guest and several floors, so during breakfast time we ended up taking the stairs 6 floors down after trying to wait for an elevator for 5 minutes. All in all this hotel is perfect if you have events close by and has many amenities to take advantage of.

Drury is wonderful!! The staff were all super polite and helpful! Location is fabulous to get pretty much anywhere in the city without a vehicle. Love the kickbacks and breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again!
