The property was the worse that I have ever been. Was not happy There was no ice machine.no coffee pot in the room no room service.breakfast was reduce to low key.no coffee cups no juice machine no bacon or sausage no spoons no eggs no nothing

I checked in during a shift change. It took longer than usual to check in because the machine stopped working and the lady who left didn’t even bother to help the new front desk attendant with the machine. Other than that I have no issues with the hotel. It was a clean comfy room and my wife liked the hotel as well.

Hold your nose and you’ll be good.

The staff was very friendly. The room appeared to be clean, but the smell of mildew knocked you in the face as soon as you opened the door. The carpet felt damp. The ceiling looked like it was either damp or like it had smoke damage what was poorly wiped off.

The a/c unit was broken and made my room extremely humid and hot. Requested to move rooms but they could not accommodate. It made my stay very uncomfortable that led me to stay awake all night with no rest.

We always stay at the Quality Inn in Marshall Texas so we have watched the property improve over time. Now it seems the renovations are declining. Overall the property is good for short stay.
