The bathrooms were a little rundown, the toilet seat needs to be replaced. It was a great location for the outlet mall, too bad there isn’t a sidewalk, but I felt safe walking down there.

I'd seen the reviews and low ratings for this property, but I thought maybe they were overly critical. They were not. ICK! This is not a clean place and it is in dire need of updating. 1) The bathroom is filthy, faucets leaked, shower is rusted, lights are full of dust and there is some form of goo on the wall next to the toilet and t/p holder that I don't want to know what it is. You can also claim a hearing loss due to the fan that is so loud you have to shout to speak to someone. 2) The desk/dresser area needs wiped down because it is dirty and it hasn't been done in awhile. 3) We had two people in our room, but there was one k-cup. That was because the one used by the prior renter was still in the pot. 4) The mattress needs replaced because your body naturally rolled to the indentation in the center. You didn't get a choice...it just happened. 6) The walls in the room are dirty and haven't been wiped down even though coffee has been spilled down them. This facility could have an amazing income due to the location by the outlet stores, but it won't happen in the current condition. It is a shame because it is a great location and could be very convenient for shoppers.

A chair

The room was clean but there was plenty of room for a chair or 2. Being an old couple we don’t like just sitting on a bed. Chairs would have helped

The lobby smelled horrible. The breakfast was a couple pieces of bread wrapped together with saran wrap. The shower and bathroom had hair in it. One ofbthe keys never worked.

Meh

Good thing McDonalds is across the street for breakfast, parking lost had lost of trash, beer bottle and a broken beer bottle. And Thank goodness our room smelt better then the lobby, got into our room and the window was wide open kind of made us wonder but we didnt wake up with sore backs so thats good
