This hotel had many issues. When we first walked in, we noticed the huge bleach stain in the whole carpet down the hallway and it smells like pot. When we got to our room, we noticed that there were brown stains on the curtain that looks like feces. There was hair on the pillow, and the lampshade was falling apart. The remote control is grimy, and the bathroom has patch walls and mold. There was not even a full roll of toilet paper, so we asked for more toilet paper, and the lady at the desk brought us extra towels. We saved one night out of the two that we had booked. The beds were awful as the springs were almost poking through the mattress the next day when we came back to our room, we found roaches on the bedside table in the wall by the headboard. At that point, we decided to pack our things and leave. I was told by the person working there that I would be able to get a refund but the hotel managerrefusedandhotels.com says they are not liable since I paid at the hotel. Also, I was charged over $300 for two night, and online it says that the typical rate is $54 a night, so I feel scammed all the way around. The hotel does not match the pictures posted. I have no idea why anyone has given this hotel a decent review.
