It was very easy to find the stop outside the airport to get the shuttle and times were clear. Staff is very attentive and friendly, making every effort to make your stay comfortable and anxiety free. The breakfast was a production of many choices and it w as delicious!

Easy access from Terminal 1 with the shuttle bus. Facility was clean and the staff were wonderful! There is a drugstore and a convenience store on property and a 7-11 is just a ~10min walk away.

成田到着が夜で後泊で利用させて頂きまし。シングル部屋を9歳の息子と利用しましたが、ベッドのサイズも思ってたよシングルとセミダブルの中間のサイズで、快適に睡眠できました。時差ボケもあり熟睡。朝食を逃す、という失態を人生で初めてしましたが、チェックアウト際に未使用の朝食券に気づいたフロントの女性が、朝食券をお土産(箱菓子)に交換できる旨案内してくださり、大変感激しました。場所柄、朝食時間前に空港に出発する方もいるかと思いますので、大変嬉しいシステムで感激しました。 洗顔料やシャンプー等のアメニティ各種が、夜にはフロントエリアに沢山出ています。朝は、限られたもののみが、フロントデスクに置かれています。夜、フェイスクリームを取り忘れてしまったので、朝、フロントデスクに取りに行ったところ、フェイスクリームはカゴに出ていませんでした。フロントの男性スタッフに、フェイスクリームが欲しい旨伝えると、「シェイビングクリームだったら、そこにあります。」と。女性の宿泊客への対応としては、どうかと思いました。再度、「いや、シェイビングクリームではなく、フェイスクリームが欲しいんですね。」と伝えると、渋々と中から取ってきて下さいましたが、日本のホテルの対応としてはどうかと、驚きました。その他は、とても快適に過ごしましたので、一点残念な点です。又、機会がありましたら、利用させて頂くつもりです。ありがとうございました。

Appreciate the shuttle to airport and Narita station

A busy hotel but i never experienced disturbance in my room. Staff handle a lot of people coming and going without difficulties. Shuttle service a huge bonus for going into town. Narita is beautiful and historic. Shuttle also goes to airport.
