We got a free shuttle bus from the airport, were greeted with a warm welcome. Our luggage was taken our room, smooth check in, friendly, helpful staff. There is a great convenient shop with everything you need. Very helpful staff. Food was nice and reasonably priced. We needed to organise transport to the cruise terminal the next day and the guest liaison manager was fantastic and gave us a list of options and organised a car for us.

Narita airport hotel

Excellent hotel. Very good service from the staff. They were very helpful. Room was excellent- very large well equipped and extremely clean. Good location close to airport. Great food in restaurants and good buffet breakfast included. Has shuttle to airport plus to Narita shops and station. Great service always on time and efficient. Would highly recommend this hotel. Could not fault anything. Staff were outstanding and so helpful.

The breakfast cannot be missed. It was a great introduction to Japanese cuisine. The shuttle service was nice to have especially for tourists visiting Japan for the first time. The convenience store on-sight was also very nice to have for guests who arrive too late to go to the restaurant. We would stay there again.

Super convenient and great service.

Hotel Nikki is super conveniently located directly near the Narita Tokyo airport. They have a shuttle directly to and from the airport which is super helpful. They also have a shuttle to the Aeon mall and the JR station which is also convenient. The hotel is very nice; the rooms perhaps a bit dated but otherwise beautiful and clean. We especially enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet in the mornings. I would definitely recommendthis hotel if you need to be near the airport. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

We booked the Junior suite and it’s terribly dated. Looks like something out of the 80s. Bed is as hard as a rock despite them advertising it as soft with “active weave”, so didn’t sleep a wink and woke up with neck pain. It is close to the airport though so that’s a perk. Won’t stay here again though due to the dated rooms and horribly stiff beds.
