I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Narita. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—just what I needed after a long flight. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the free airport shuttle made getting to and from the airport easy. One of the highlights was the small store inside the hotel—it was incredibly convenient and had everything you might need, plus some truly great souvenirs. While the hotel’s restaurants weren’t particularly impressive and there aren’t many food options nearby, the overall experience was still excellent. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing, no-stress stop near Narita Airport.

Free shuttle service was a bonus to the Aeon mall and Narita Station, also free shuttle service to Narita International airport. Friendly and helpful staff, Family part located at the property. It is good for a night stay before and after flights. Pillows was uncomfortable and not enough for 5 of us. Facilities are old ans does have a funky smell in the room. My highlight was staff and shuttle service.

I always stay at Mystays in NRT. It is affordable, convenient. it has transportation from/to the airport & to NRT train station and Aeon Mall. their convenience store is 24hrs. it's about 15mins from the airport. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and was able to accommodate 3 adults comfortably with 3 good size beds. my negative feed back is the hotel room was hot. We were unable to adjust the temperature to cool off the room. We had the staff bring us a fan which was very helpful. usually the temperature in the rooms is just fine.

Hotel is nice but even though we got the nonsmoking room and was in a separate annex/building, the whole place still reeks cigarette smell. Breakfast was good and vicinity is conveniently located to a lot of places (shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, etc.) besides than the airport. It was just a 1 nigh stay so it was good enough
