We enjoyed our stay

Our stay was nice as always..we have been staying and preferring Mystays Premier Narita for years, the hotel has the amenities we need the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff were always nice, love the family mart inside the hotel. On this stay we had to call since the ac was nit cold, the staff came up to check and switched us to another room, they were helpful but the second room the ac was still not cold. We didn't do anything else and understood that the temperature outside was so hot it probably was too much for the ac to keep up, or the ac system was just too old for big rooms and need maintenance/update. One other thing is the spa/hot bath hours was not convenient, 1500-2200 if it open till midnight and as well for a few hours in the morning, we would love to use the spa but by the time we got back from our outings it was to late

Staff is everything and Steven who I've known for many years is an excellent manager - he's wonderful with guests and very knowledgeable. A shout-out to Sylvain too! The MyStays is the old Tokyu, and it's as good as ever - clean, good restaurant, reliable van, crew restaurant on the lower floor, pretty garden, convenient to NRT airport. It's a good choice all around.

Our room was disgusting, literally had a blood stain on the bed and despite calling the front desk I had to go downstairs in person and show them a photo to get it changed. The towel had a massive stain on it, the room was dated and overall felt unclean, the bathroom felt like an airplane bathroom. They spent all their renovation money on making the lobby and outside look nice and left the rooms behind.

There is F&B options in the building and dedicated convenient store. Room is clean and functional. Ice machine and microwave in 2 floors of the building. Totally enough and fair. There is nothing in the area. which is fine, you come to expect for an airport hotel. Free Shuttle bus was great to visit Narita town and Aeon shopping mall. For some, this is better than crowded tokyo sites. Great spot for 1-2 night transit/jetlag adjustment. After a 10 plus hour flight, you don't to spend few more hours running around town you are not familiar with and hauling luggage. So a quick airport hotel stay for 1 night recovery is recommended.

The room is spacious and in a good location close to Narita Airport. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. Our main concern is their air conditioning; it’s hot in the room. Even though they have a thermostat, we called them and they said it’s centralized, so even if we adjust the thermostat to the lowest setting, it’s still hot. My husband can’t sleep, so he called them again and asked for an electric fan, and they were able to provide one.
