Arriving at night after an 11-hour flight made an airport hotel necessary. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. Dining area had a beautiful garden view. Dinner and breakfast buffet had enough vegan options. Buffet also had Japanese and western food. Room was nice, though pillow was hard. I would stay again.

The aircondition is not working my room was very hot we stay only one night. I got sick and couldnt sleep the room is too hot . I told to the front desk but they said all room are the same . Its a terrible experience. I want a refund .bad hotel i wont recomend this hotel.

Only stayed one night and room was super hot even though AC was on and put on the highest level of air. Didn’t sleep well the night before my flight due to hotness of the room. Also, didn’t have complimentary breakfast even though stayed overnight. Stayed in other hotels that provided complimentary breakfast for overnight stay. I will be staying at another hotel on my next trip.

The hotel offers free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, which makes it very convenient, and the bus runs punctually every 30 minutes. The hotel is very clean and very quiet to have a good night sleep. The breakfast has many varieties, from hot foods to cold cuts, salads and fruits. The staff at the reception speaks English fluently and is very courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in my next visit in Tokyo.

Very clean, very typical hotel vibe but perfect if you need easy access to the airport! The airport shuttle bus made my life a million times easier, especially never having been to Japan before. I was only in the area for two days before heading up to Hokkaido for the winter season, but being by the airport meant easy enough access to Tokyo. If you're looking for a longer stay in Tokyo I'd recommend staying closer to the city centre, but if it's a short stay and you aren't fussed by the hour or so train ride in then it's quite a nice place to be :)

Loved the services available such as buffet, shuttle service from airport and to, plus to outlet and temple, luggage keeping, tourist information and convenient store and gift shop. We did not like that the swimming pool and gym closed early at 9:00 pm and reopens the following day at 2:00 pm. Our flight came in after 4 pm we had to wait for the shuttle bus from airport to terminal, arrive at hotel then check in with a bunch of other guests then to room to freshen up then dinner buffet. Swimming pool closed, gym closed. We can not use those facilities as they did not reopen until 2pm the next day, by then we need to check out and it was so disappointing as we then needed to head back to the airport by 2pm to transfer, so sad we could not swim or use the gym. Please reconsider the hours of operation.

Check in was fast. Morning buffet has a lot of options to choose from. The room is very clean and tidy, actually the hotel as a whole is clean. And it’s a huge help for visitors to have a scheduled shuttle that would take you to Narita airport. An excellent option to stay if you will visit Tokyo Narita area..

The shuttle, the check in process, the buffet dinner, the room was spacious and in general, everything was great. The only thing is that I was unable to make the room cooler and they said I could open the window. They also have a convenience store and gift shop on the property with the convenience store having great prices. They had many dinner options too from a buffet to made to order items. Great place to stay to fly from the next day
