Very lovely place to stay near Narita Airport! The complimentary shuttle was quick and operated safely. The front desk staff were quick to help with any issues and questions.

Regular Shuttle bus in between narita international airport and hotel making the accommodation more convenient to tourists who arrive at night or fly in the morning. Although no restaurants around hotel, you can use amenities in the airport which is quite convenient.

I skipped breakfast. I notice many hotels in Japan have early checkout by 10am and this breakfast only until 9. Check in always late at 3pm with no flexibility unless you pay extra. Room clean enough, staff tentative; Airport shuttle good.

The room was clean and cosy, and our smart phones were able to cast to the TV so our eight year-old was entertained. The staff were very helpful at reception, and assisted us with using the check-in machine.

Airport shuttle is convenient but was very packed and the overhead space is too small for anything to fit in. Check-in and -out was all via machine (with multiple language options) so didn't interact with staff other than one hurrying me along. Room was a good size and clean but bed is very hard.

Room was extremely clean. Very convenient shuttle from and to Narita airport. Love that they have a Lawson on the property so easy to grab late night food. Love that they have late checkout especially when we have a late flight out. You just have to pay a little bit so worth it.
