Beds were comfortable but the room was extremely warm and there wasn’t any way to cool it. Room was clean. Air ducts appeared to have mold which was a concern. Hotel isn’t walking distance to anything. Wasn’t aware or was told that a bus takes you to the city mall for free. Staff were friendly.

The rooms were a bit out-dated compared to the entry of the hotel. The hotel would be good for a 1-2 night stay, not recommended for an extended stay. They did offer a free shuttle service to the Narita airport which was quick and efficient.

Great hotel but horrible beds! Uncomfortable and hard. Price of restaurants which seems to be a problem in Japan anyway was atrocious for quality. Staff was incredibly helpful and makes up for the downside but pricing was disappointing overall for food!

The staff were very friendly. We appreciated the little market open all night (jet lag hit us hard at 3am). We LOVED all the amenities including robes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, comb, and more little things that made us feel welcome. The room was cozy and inviting after a long travel day.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
