The bus service provided, between airport, shopping mall, train station to and from the hotel, make this a very cost effective stay. During my 2 nights staying there, I did not spend a single dime on transportation. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The walk path at the side of the building leads to a small “forest” with tall trees, creek and a small fish pond - very peaceful and pretty, especially early in the morning. In shopping, I really enjoy the stay.

Stay was very nice, the hotel itself is very beautiful but the rooms need an update. Staff was very nice and helpful, loved the free shuttle to and from the airport. The onsen was wonderful, would stay again for the onsen access and convenience.

Over all nice hotel. The SPA is nice as well. And they have a Nike little hike in the back area. If your staying in this area this is a good spot

Loved our stay at the Art Hotel Narita. The staff was lovely and the restaurants were delicious, especially Soh. Loved the onsen and the grounds surrounding the property. Family friendly and quiet. We can’t wait to return.

We like the convenience of the Art Hotel as they provide a free airport shuttle as well as one to the local Aeon Mall Reasonably priced and it has a lovely garden and lake to relax in as well as an onsite Onsen
