Very handy for the airport, especially if you have an early flight out of Narita. You’ll need to book the Hotel to Airport bus ahead of time, but the Airport to Hotel bus is an easy hop on from the downstairs pickup area. Interior dated but reasonable for the price. Not a fan of the firm buckwheat pillows, no support. All in all, fine for what we needed

Older property, smells older and you need a taxi to get anywhere . No station within close walking distamcr. Taxi to mall will cost about 4000 yen roundtrip. You may need to open the window to get fresh air. This maybe applies to all hotels in Narita

This is a great hotel to layover or stay for a few days. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. The rooms are very spacious. The overall feeling of the hotel is what a visit to Japan embodies. They have shuttles to and from the airport. They have a shuttle to and from the train station and the nearby mall. The staff from the front desk, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff are all.very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel for your Japan trip.

This Hotel is an excellent choice for flying into narita. Whether you are staying one night or more it was a pure pleasure staying at the Narita Gateway Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The economy non smoking twin room was the perfect accommodations for a very reasonable price. The beds were super comfortable. The room amenities were accessible in the lobby you have shower sponges, razors, brushes, toothbrush sets and tea. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is also a hot water kettle. This will be my go to hotel the next time I am in Japan. I highly recommend this hotel.

A Satisfactory Stay in Narita

Our stay was pretty much what we expected - Basic accommodations for the night that met our needs without frills. Walls and carpet were not clean but bed and bathroom were fine. Decent size room. Loved the slippers and cotton shirts. On site restaurant is nice!!

First time in Japan, this hotel was very good. The free shuttle to from the airport was very convenient. It also has a free shuttle to the mall and Narita train station. The breakfast buffet was fantastic

Its clean, convenient when transferring to and from the airport. When I booked the room, I left a comment, requesting a higher floor. Surprised, I got an email confirmation of ny request. I would stay here again if I land in narita, the rooms are very large compared to most transit hotels in Japan. The staff was awesome because I was hot in my room and couldn’t manage to open the window. They saw my thermostat to the lowest temperature and opened my window when making the room. I didn’t have time to check out because I was racing back to the hotel to grab the shuttle back but everything runs on time and it’s swift and orderly:) 10/10
