We received a courtesy call from Sue on day of check in to confirm our check in time. Check in was very friendly and efficient. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything you could want. Sue was particularly helpful and friendly. Will definately use this accommodation again.

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom cabin right near the waterfront. The setting was lovely and the cabin was spacious with very comfortable beds, a great kitchen area and spotless bathroom with an a good shower. The only thing I would suggest, especially for longer stays is a bigger TV and a DVD player The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A great place for families and couples.

Sue went above and beyond as we were a late check in and she had put the heater on for us so when we arrived in the cold of the night it was toasty for us to feed the kids and get them to bed. Thanks for your attention to detail and friendly attitude.

Best caravan unit ever

Incredible holiday park and unit. It felt as if it was built last week. The design decor and amenities were first rate. Beautiful scenery and very helpful owners. Everything was absolutely perfect. And it was all at a fantastic price. The only place to stay in horsham

Our onsite cabin was fairly modern, spacious and had 2 tv's. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Far better value than a hotel room. The park is on the banks of the river and only a short 5-10 walk to the main streets of town.

Spot on!! Great Location!!

Even we only spent a night there, we loved the river view during the sunset which turn the river in golden color. Staff are very friendly and helpful..... looking forward to stay there longer next time
