Excellent cleaners, the room was cleaned early in the day which l like when l stay more than 1 day. Great staff etc. But THE HOT SPRINGS, there were no warnings about the dangers of Hot Springs! My friend ended up in hospital for a day. If we ever went back it would be on very cold days.

Lovely room, very clean. We had booked an executive queen with ocean view and the sea view was only partial but this didn’t spoil our stay. Swimming pool could have been a little warmer.

Clean room, great location, polite and approachable staff. The cleaning staff didnt turn over our room properly or leave any fresh towels in our room on one of the days. Thats a big no no for me as i had to go down to reception and collect my own towels. The springs were great alittle pricy for what it was but all in all it was a good stay overall.
