The room was unclean and behind and under bed was dust and dirt also left over stuff from others.There was mold in bathroom. The shower was dirty and only had a trickle of water.The towels had blood on them. Also nil soap. The outside did not look like the image on internet they need to update it to a dirty green pool and untidy areas outside. I hope they improve their quality for others.Before someone gets sick. It is a HEALTH risk.

There were no staff when we arrived at 1:50pm, just a sign on the door to call a number. The cleaner had to come and check us in & didn’t seem very happy about it. She asked us to give her a few mins to vac the room (would have thought this would have been done since check in was 2pm). The dust under the bed was so thick, we took a photo of it as we couldn’t believe it. They’d obviously never moved the bed. Room was average. Beds were not comfortable either. The location was the best thing about it. Close to shops and restaurants.

When arrived received a welcome with a smile from receptionist who was very hellpful and courteous. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Motel situated in a great position and was convenient for the purpose of our stay.

Maintenance very bad. No fan working in bathroom (cover had a hole in it!). Paint peeling of door & window because of it. Bathroom door grinding on tile outside shower.

Room was dirty. Broken curtain. Felt like I was in a run down broken hotel. Bathroom seemed ok but spider webs near windows didn’t make me feel like I wanted to stay there. You get what you pay for sometimes.

No bar. Thought the $165 included toast & coffee but that was $15 extra. Outside patio room was disgusting about a years worth of cigarette butts and a filthy table and chairs to sit on. I thought i had booked the queen executive room. Never Again. Rude receptions. Not enough milk if you want foxtel or Netflix you have to subscribe to watch it. I stayed in victor harbour for 2 nights absolutely beautiful and $130 per night

I booked two Superior Twin Rooms for our stay in Geelong. Both rooms were spacious and clean with pop up toaster, mini fridge, microwave and complementary tea/coffee. Even though we arrived late, key collection was easy. Parking was available even when we the last to arrive that evening.
