The property overall was not bad. It was clean and well upkept. No issues with the staff other than trying to take an elevator at 9AM and they felt it was more important to move their cleaning cart or be painting the inside of the elevator. Just an annoyance, maybe doesnt happen often. The breakfast was pretty good for continental. Had several options. The pool was decent and had a hot tub and towels near by. The only real complaint was the AC in the room. Our room had 2 of them and getting them to work was impossible. I think they may be too small and would freeze up? We swapped rooms and still had issues. There were times it would blow hot air, so we turned them off for an hour and then on for an hour and that seemed ok. We live in Florida and are acclimated to the heat and were still uncomfortable. Besides that the hotel was nice and clean and worth the value. I dont ever plan on going back to Naples(Small old people town) But if I did I would be willing to stay here again although in a small room to see if the AC keeps up.

All good, including the lobby, personnel, rooms, and breakfast. We had only a situation with a big party they had in 3er floor and the smell of food stayed forever, also the movement of people around was not nice. Also, the pillows were not good. We had 8 of them and I will prefer having only 4, but of better quality.

The cleaning staff never came to the room. The appliances were really old including oven and fan which never did a good job of getting rid of smells from cooking. The size of the room and layout was great.

Hotel offered good price, staff were very friendly and kind. Comfortable beds, clean room. Free breakfast in the morning was a plus. Plenty of parking available. There is a nice size pool but I stayed only one night so didn’t have time to check it out.
