Forest Dunes Unit # 706, "The Coast Is Clear" is a 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath Oceanview condo on the 7th floor with great views of the ocean and outdoor pool area. From the bedroom you can see the sunrise and into North Myrtle Beach. From the balcony you can hear the waves, see the sunset, and see south into Garden City.

The bedroom has a king bed with plush linens, a comfortable chair, flat screen TV, and dresser. The half bathroom has a blow dryer and plenty of luxurious soft towels. The full bathroom has a full size tub/shower, blow dryer, and plenty of luxurious soft towels.

The living area has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa with chaise lounge, side chair, chair with ottoman, a Smart TV, free WiFi, board games and books for your enjoyment. There is a pub style table with 4 chairs. There are two stools for sitting at the bar.

The kitchen is well stocked with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, plenty of counter space, and much more.

The large balcony is the perfect place to eat, read a book, or listen to the waves. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys for your convenience to use on the beach.

The building is very well maintained with an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and laundry room.

This condo is our home away from home. It is a place where you can relax, feel comfortable, spend time with your family, or just recharge yourself. We are owner operated and our goal is for guests to enjoy their stay and to look forward to coming back every year to experience the perfect vacation.

Great little condo

This is a perfect couples getaway condo. The location is super convenient with the beach just across the street and a pool, hot tub, and restaurant downstairs. It is within convenient driving distance of anything you could possibly want to do at Myrtle Beach. Can’t recommend enough.

Jerry and Karen were wonderful! Communication was fantastic-I asked for suggestions on nearby grocery stores/restaurants and things to do, and got a nice list of options! Check in was super easy. Great ocean view from the balcony. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Very nice, comfortable furniture on the balcony.Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys available.The complex has an outdoor pool, small kiddie pool, hot tub and lazy river. There is an indoor pool as well.Would definitely stay here again!

True dream vacation

Very clean, lovely home, everything just as shown and more. Jerry and Karen were attentive, timely with responses, and even had lists of restaurants ready on a PDF before I asked. We had one small hiccup where the a/c was malfunctioning because of a storm (many units had issues) and Jerry was quick to have us a solution which fixed it immediately. I couldn't have been happier with the state of the property and the hospitality we were treated with here. If I could give more stars I would.

What a condo!

Very pleased with all aspects of the condo rented in Feb. 2025. It was furnished with EVERYTHING you would need for a pleasant stay. The owners were very concerned withj their clients and their needs. Could communicate with them very easily. Would request another stay with them without hesitation. Good location away from the hectic area with so many other units.

Perfect honeymoon getaway!

Fantastic in Every Way

The folks that manage this property also own it and they treated us like family. Super communication with them and excellent process in place made checking in and out a breeze. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We ate in the condo most of the week because the kitchen was so well stocked with tons of pots/pans and all kinds of kitchen tools. We did eat out once at an excellent restaurant called the Captain’s House which was recommended by the owner after I reached out for help with choosing a good place. The condo has a great supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and even a nice cooler to use. The balcony is huge and very comfortable. The view is spectacular. There is a reason this place is rated 10/10. It’s the real deal. You will love it.
