If you are looking for a clean, welcoming place, this isn't it. There were a myriad of small problems, but this morning when we went to check out, the elevator, the only one, was out of order. We had to walk down 4 flights of stairs twice to load our luggage. If there had been staff who cared one way or the other, a call and offer to help would have been the thing to do. The staff was available since they couldn't use the elevators. The pictures of this property do not mirror the actual property. Black ouside chairs, green pool and hot tub, just a few of the little details that matter .

Not much to like about the property. We booked thinking it would be clean since it had decent ratings and said it was newly remodeled. It definitely was not clean. Yes recently remodeled rooms, but they haven’t kept up on them.

Beds were a little firm for my taste, but very accommodating staff, clean enough and very convenient to the beach. Pet friendly Oceanview and a pool with stairs were my requirements, which it met. I am not fancy and neither was this. The size (smaller) gives it a cozy feel and overall friendly people. It was perfect! Will return.

I paid extra for an ocean view but eventually I got a room in front of laundry room in ground floor which is too loud because of laundry and I could hardly see any ocean view. When I asked to change front office was very rude , moreover smoking zone is right next to my room with one year old it was very uneasy
