It was great trip. A little misfortune our last day of a thief, but no fault of hotel. I 100% recommend you staying here. It wasn’t high dollar, nothing fancy but very homie. Outdoors overlooking the beach was breathtaking.

Good Value with a Million Dollar View

Right on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from bedroom, living room, and balcony. Outdoor lounge chairs likewise had great view. Older resort hotel but everything was well maintained ( some renovations still ongoing) and clean. We took advantage of the BOGO coupons the hotel gave all guests to a few local attractions including Legends in Concert and a dolphin cruise, and both were great.

I was disappointed that the front desk staff thst checked us in did not share that resort/hotel was part of a consortium. We could have gone to other beachfront hotels and use their amenities. But overall very good experience and will certainly return.

A little disappointed

The manager gave my room to other people. The front desk lady had to find me a new room. The room is ok I still can see the Ocean, but not really at front of the ocean as my booking requirements but a little on the side. The room conditions is old and not that clean.

Everything was fine up until our car was broken into in the parking deck on the hotels property. Our dashcam was stolen as well as other things. Hotel should do a better job with security or warning customers that it’s unsafe.

The room was filthy. The carpet was damp and smelly. The bathroom had mold all around the outside of the tub. There is popcorn ceiling above the shower head and every time we took showers, more popcorn ceiling would fall down. They never gave us new towels, I had to walk to front desk to get them. We ran out of toilet paper and, again, had to go to front desk for more. Tried to talk to front desk about our issues and was left waiting 10 minutes while she was on an obvious personal call. Just awful customer service. Would not recommend.

I loved everything about this resort, except for the parking garage and the low dip coming out or going in. That dip can damage a vehicle.
