Little breath of fresh air!

Our stay was such a good experience. I have stayed at Breakers for years and having another visit with such good service was great! The grounds crew were working very hard and were very friendly. The service at the office was great as well. The breakfast at Papa's was good as always and the room was clean and neat when we arrived.

Upon walking in to check in, the two desk people looked at me and didn't speak. But when the young lady checked us in, she was thorough and communicated well. We booked through Expedia and was charged a property fee of 39.95. The hotel charged it again and claimed that the fee to Expedia and 39.95 non-refundable hotel/resort fee were not the same :/ ...... not too crazy, so I didnt push back. Upon entering our room in the Paradise tower (3 elevators that were quiet and fast) it was clean, no weird odors, nice balcony view, tub was a little dirty, but later on that night the noise from other travelers related to the fact of the walls were thin or there is no insulation or something...we knew the neighbors life story without meeting them. We were also by the elevators so we could hear all of the people traffic that got on and off the elevators. Oh yeah, I like the incorporation of the wrist bands for room entry. We may stay again.

Nice comfortable bed in the nice, newly renovated suite. Good location within short walking distance to the broadwalk. Nice waterpark and lazy river. It's a bit noisy in the area. Also the hotel partner with 3rd party offering coupons for discounted dining and entertainment options. I do not understand why they asked for my driver license. This does not make sense. Be aware!

We really loved our mini suite at the Dunes location! It was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Lots of pools and hot tubs on site places that were walkable in the morning for coffee and food. The room was clean and looked like it has been remodeled. It was also very quiet during the week. Will definitely stay there again because of how convenient it was!
