The bathroom tub, bedroom wall lamp above the nightstand, balcony slide door, and balcony furniture had rusted and broken areas that were patched up. The room smelled mildewed! There was no shower curtain, only one broken up bar of soap, no rags in the bathroom, and the slide door lock wouldn’t work properly.. had to call maintenance to repair it. Finally, the hot water NEVER got hot..only warm! It looked different from the beautiful pics online, for sure!

Pros: room location on the 17 floor had great views. Staff was very nice and responsive. Lounge in building provided a great time. Cons: dishes in cabinets were dirty upon arrival. Countertops were dirty with food. Kitchen floor was dirty with food and hair.

Great place! Just had some issues with the cleanliness of our room! Sheets seemed re used without being washed, bathroom floor was dirty. The last tenants left some items behind that was just left by room service for us to find, but honestly not the worst place to stay! The environment was amazing! No bed bugs! Vibe was great and staff was amazing!

We were able to get the same room we had last year That was a real plus because of the location The staff at Sands are very friendly and helpful. We will consider going back next year. Sands could do a better job of housekeeping though.

Staying here over 20 years. This experience the worst. Popcorn ceilings falling into food and furniture - told staff - response: they need to put some money into fixing it up. Front desk: they wanted to know if they could come up and fix it. This was not an easy fix and would have displaced us. Not again! I will be Posting videos on-line to alert others about this failing property.
