The first room we had was so dirty. I asked to see a different room the second room we ended up staying in still had sand all over the floor no toiletry items no coffee maker no working phone and no clock. The housekeeping here is atrocious and it’s hard to find anyone to help you

The room I had there is a very strong odor. It needs a deep cleaning. The towels the resort offered were smelly.

First time staying here, and can’t say I’d go back. Upon arrival we requested bed linens for pull-out sofa bed. Requested several times, never did come. Toilet in one bathroom was broke. Maintenance came quickly, but problem never resolved. Dishes were wet and dirty. Lack of kitchen supplies to be able to utilize kitchen, except couple silverware and a pot and a wok that had food still stuck to it. Dishwasher didn’t want to work, and No soap was even provided to use it. Only one roll of toilet paper was given per bathroom, for a 5 day stay. Requested more from house keeping, never given. The floors were dirty. Bedroom door to patio broke as soon as we touched it. 3/4 lamp shades were broken and would fall off. Just not updated or well kept. I do love that there is pool options, but when we were told part of our stay was free admission to Myrtle Waves, I inquired and the receptionist stated she was unaware; though on their website. I can’t say I’d come back.

The property was not updated. Lots of nicks, scratches dents etc on the furniture. Missing handles on the furniture, broken lights, light bulbs out, black mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling. When I asked the front desk for a new room they were booked up and did not have any equivalent rooms…. We checked out, (Per instruction from Orbitz). I have now been fighting with them for a refund which they are trying to delay/not give. Not an esthetically pleasing place, loud and not family friendly. They have a club downstairs and you can hear the music outside of your room beyond 11pm. Will not book here again.

The elevator was broken . We did not get the room that we were supposed to have and had to switch rooms . The rooms only had 2 towels in them and no wash cloths or hand towels . The rooms were not clean. They need to do renovations. I will not stay here again . I honestly feel I deserve a partial refund.

This property was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. Upon checkin my room was not ready and I had to keep getting back on the line to inquire about the status of the room, 3 times to be exact. The hallway rugs were spotted and dirty looking with a pine-sole smell. Elevators in each building were out of order. Once I reached my room it was not thoroughly clean. Floors were not swept; I went to the store to purchase a boom and dust pan and swept the floors. Sliding door to the balcony did not lock, I had a young child in the room, pillow cases where dirty, pullout sofa would not pullout. Maintenance and housekeeping were called to the room. Maintenance offered to help pull the sofa bed out before we went to sleep because we would need assistance. I killed 3 roaches in the kitchen. Socks and food were left under the bed in master bedroom. I have video and pictures and intend to file a formal complaint.

Honestly, it was okay. There was a HUGEEE roach walking in the hallway. The breakfast was probably the best part of the trip. Their bacon is made crisp to perfection. The beds are kind of uncomfortable, if you go on the patio, people smoke cigarettes like crazy so you can’t really enjoy sitting outside if you’re not a smoker. The place is kinda of dirty, not cleaned very well. Would I come back to this particular hotel ? Probably not.

Housekeeping is terrible, no clean towels, had to buy our own toilet paper ( kept asking for it and could not get it) One elevator out of 2 were working entire week. Fire alarm was set off, front desk had no clue until we told them. Did not feel safe in this resort. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The pictures were a bit deceiving. We had a decent stay, but the overall cleanliness around like the lobby area and the building were a bit below what I would hope for. We did enjoy the beach bar and the easy access to the beach. Parking it’s good to note that there are two buildings.

Our room was not clean the walls and furniture dirty. Buffet disgusting with flies. The hallways smelled like pee and trash. Floors gross. First arrived they could not find our reservation we had made weeks prior. We will not return to this place. The beach chairs cost 50 dollars for two of them and an umbrella the chairs were broke.
