When booking the hotel it was stated that there was an outdoor pool and internet. The pool was closed until the day before I left to return home and the wifi consistently did not connect. Also, there was no working phone in the room and on top of all that, the maid did not come to the room daily.

Would not recommend, no elevator, and not told that when booking , carried luggage upstairs, also not told no dresser to put clothes in , had to work out of suitcase no 24hr coffeee, , tv no bigger then 27" , expedia you should not recommend this place , will ruin your reputation, considering not using you anymore

If you're looking for a spot that includes breakfast skip this place! The breakfast bar is terrible! Only had mini muffins, cereal,yogurt and make your own waffle dispenser.

The property was open during construction. I had to move my room. There was no dresser so i had to live out of my suitcase. Both rooms needed some form of dresser for my clothes.

Occupants in the room next to ours had the volume up on their TV late into the night. Overall, our stay was a pleasant one for the most part. Listed amenities listed as included with stay on website "Free Hot Breakfast", limited selections during our stay. The only two choices for Hot Breakfast included toasting a slice of bread or a waffle iron.

Our room stunk. It smelled like mold/mildew. It most likely was the carpeting. The entire facility needs a redo. The carpeting in the hallways is gross and stinks. The bathroom was clean but outdated and although clean, looked dirty.

The hotel was was under renovation which we were not informed when we made the reservation, we couldn't get a ground floor room because the rooms were not complete we were put on the second, we had to climb stairs, (no elevator) the room were we in was not completely finished renovating, shower tub diverter did not work, towel hook on wall was loose paint on hinges of the door, the breakfast was horrible lady working it had no clue what she was dou g and didnt understand English, nothing nmhealthy except for apples and maybe the orange juice. Wehad to go to a restaurant and spend 30 bucks to get a good breakfast.....so, not a pleasant stay,if it is ever totally renovated, it may be a descent stay but if cant handle stairs uou must request a grond floor room.
