TV in room 2311 doesn't work, light and fan in room doesn't work, there was no curtains for shower and refused to give us curtains or sheet. Room was Missing wrist bands for water park when we arrived and was told we are still responsible

Had to wait a day and a half to watch TV picture was off the wall when we came in. The front desk was closed from a certain time until 8 so no tissue Had to buy our own
