The property was nice and had lots of amenities. The room was pretty and spacious. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The beach access was close and easy to get to. There are alot of affordable food options close by within walking distance. The waterpark access was very nice and we even had the park to ourself from 3-5. The issues we saw were, the indoor pool looks filthy and the hot tub had a couple of roaches. We didn't stay in there long after that. Overall Rating would be 7/10.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Was skeptical after reading reviews about the water park not being open and the bed not being comfortable. We didn’t have either of those experiences. The water park is for younger kids, so if you have teenagers the park really isn’t for them. The bed was comfortable enough for our short stay.

Very dated, rooms are not cleaned well

First room was dirty. Turned o shower and no water would drain. Pulled out 3 clumps of hair before giving up and asking for a maintance person. Front desk employee chnaged our room. The second room had mold on the shower curtain, uncleaned spills on the floor from previous guest and hair,dirt and lint coeating the hair dryer. Our second room was very noisy, located above the air conditioner unit of the building. Although this is marketed as kid friendly there were tons of teens partying until well after 11. Beer bottles littered the beach and rowdy partying making it uncomfertable for young kids and families

One night from 10pm until 7am there was a loud constant noise. We couldn’t sleep. The manager told me she would give me 50.00 off my stay . I never revived it

Staff were super nice. However the beds and carpet were old and uncomfortable. Had to change the first room as it wasn’t cleaned - still very dirty. The staff made up for what was lacking, super nice. Hotel just needs an update. Nice place if you just want to hang on the beach - rooms are not for comfort.
