The pictures and awesome reviews made me book a room for two nights. Seeing the property in person was dismal, my room was moldy smelling, and the bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels left. I could not sleep there the second night and we left early. The staff seemed nice, but this property is for someone who just wants a room to not spend much time in, the pool was small and did not look clean. I didn’t utilize it. There was water dripping from the hotel on the outside, it sure if there’s a plumbing problem. Not trying to hurt the business, but I wish someone had warned me so I could have avoided this.

Price was really good and staff was very helpful and polite. The only thing that kinda sucked was the chairs/table outside our door constantly being taken and banged against our door/window daily/nightly by cleaning staff and other guests. Not a major knock but when you’re sleeping or relaxing and it sounds like someone is coming through the door without opening it, it does kinda suck but some people are just ignorant.

Very close to the boardwalk. The cottages are amazing a lot of space and super cute. They even come with pans and a grill outside. The staff was incredible they were really friendly.

There is no shampoo , conditioner, hand wash, hair dryer or soap. No elevator Door locks are so hard and struck . We stayed for 4 nights but no maintenance for these days.

Great place to stay, very close to beach and shops. Wish walk in shower had a shelf. Room could use a deep clean BUT i found the bed quite comfortable and staff very friendly. I was very pleased!

Location was great - a few blocks from the beach entrance and boardwalk. I did find the stray hairs of another person (one with purple hair) plastered to the walls of the shower, and was a bit surprised to not even receive a bar of hand soap to wash with. Make sure you bring all of the toiletries! Overall, a fairly decent motel.

Great economical option. Loved the location - walking distance to Boardwalk and Beach - and it was quieter than I expected. It’s not beachfront but you still get good views since there aren’t any tall buildings around. Appreciated the addition of amenities to turn it into a kitchenette. Small but workable. I thought they did a creative job renovating the space they have to work with and keeping it affordable.

Wonderful Vacation.

The employee's at from desk were friendly. The room was spacious had a small kitchen nice sitting area to eat refrigerator get everything ice cold and the hot water was hot. I stayed 7 days and had No issues. Plus I was able to walk almost anywhere.

Hotel was located right next to our venue. The room was clean and comfortable, this is an older hotel keep in mind. Very basic, remember your hair dryer, body wash etc. Overall, vety pleased with our stay!
