For wetter or worse

Weather wasnt ideal, clearly not the hotels fault, but none the less, had a very relaxing time, staff was johnny on the spot with luggage and recommendations, we look forward to coming back when the weather is better.

It was not a good experience from the beginning. As soon as valet gentleman saw our room number, he said he nor Porter could help us, since we booked through a 3rd party. I told him this had not been an issue in the past. He told me I should have read the information better. My husband is 78 and can't manage carrying luggage. After I argued with him, he agreed to help us for extra money for valet and luggage. Our room was not in good condition nor was it anywhere near the location I had ask for. I felt it was a room they wouldn't rent to people using their web site. They did make some repairs after I complained. When I checked out I complained and she reduced my bill by $50. She told me the valet was not correct. And she apologized. Only VIP I received was a 20%off card to use in their restaurant once. We save and look forward to going there several times a year, been going there since 1997,and have never been treated this poorly before.
