The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.


* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Great space. Close to beach

We traveled with our 16 and 19 year olds. The layout of the condo was great. I liked having a pool and the proximity to the private beach was amazing. We bought food for breakfast and lunch. The attractions in the area were a short(about 5-10 minutes) drive away. The beach was super clean and not crowded. The owners provided beach chairs and that saved us a lot of packing space. My only “ complaints “ would be that online it lists several restaurants as walking distance and that felt like a stretch. There was a very small bar next door in another complex. Also, I wish there were better window covers for the bedroom. There was a LOT of light coming in through the blinds in the master room. It was almost like we had a nightlight and we prefer dark for sleep. Bring a sleep mask. I would recommend this property with those disclosures.

Everything you need and then some

Room was amazing. Large with all the amenities of home. Upstairs is a little loud (not much insulation or sound dampening) so I’d stay on the top floor next time. Other than that little thing, we will stay there again for sure!

Rental is as described, close to beach, nice pool

Happy with the property. few comments. Water pressure in shower was a trickle at best. Could hear every step of people staying above us. Unit was clean, had everything you needed and very comfortable.
