Overall, the hotel was nice, continental breakfast was good, the lobby clean, room was clean however, the TV, the phone and AC unit was not working reported to the front desk. Nothing has been done nor and your room was offered…. Glad it was winter time not a summer, but still.

Awful deodorant order coming through vents. Bed was so low it was difficult for anyone even someone with disability to get out of. We had to change rooms twice due to shower nor working and then they couldn’t locate the remote for tv. Circus!

Checked into a dirty room on Tuesday, clerk apologized and moved me. Room quality not the best mildew around tub shower curtain torn buildup bathroom corners (hair). Was told mattress was less than 2 years old. Not very good frame damaged. Disappointed for sure

The staff are fantastic and welcoming. I can't say the same for the room. We had a pet, so we were on the bottom floor. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The pillows were so disgusting and filthy. And the sheets were pilled all over top and bottom. The floors looked like they're never cleaned. Dust bunnies everywhere. We could hear everything they were saying in the next room. Overall it was a place to crash, but not very comfortable. Again, front desk and maintenance were so wonderful. Best part of the stay.
