Sheets felt dirty and smelled. The entry door to my room 411 looked like it had been broken into multiple times. Shower head was not at a standard height. I had to duck to wash my hair and crouch to clean my upper body. I will not be revisiting this location

Clean room at least once during stay

We would have liked the room to be cleaned at least once or twice during our 5 day stay. At least empty the trash and give fresh towels. We can reuse at least once but not more than once.

The room was nice. The only problem that I've notice is that the bathroom was half clean because there was a lot of hair on the sink, the floor and some in the tub....

It was honestly a lot going on cheer competition, dance competition, basketball competition, and bike week. The hotel was really crowded. It was hard to get extra blankets, didn’t get the stuff that is usually offered at check in. The breakfast was from 7-10 and one day they actually ran out of food at 8:45 because there were so many people.

Great location, close to the beach

Very good location-close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk). Only downside was that we could easily hear the room next door. They were kinda loud at 3 AM but stopped after I turned the TV on.

Ok location and service at check in was friendly and efficient. The room was disgusting including a layer of dust on the night table, the tissue cover holder was sticky, no paper toilet in the room, a garbage bag with a plunger was in the hallway during our stay and beds were sagging in the middle.

The air conditioners were being worked on and after they were done mine wouldn’t blow out cold, luckily Chris, the maintenance man resolved the problem by replacing the unit at 1030 at night right before he was to get off, He was extremely professional and courteous and deserves to be commended GREAT JOB !!!!
