The room was okay, but it looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while (the tub was a little grimy, there was dirt and debris in the corners and around the edges of the bed). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of space to park. I appreciated that the location was less than 10 minutes away from all the places I wanted to go. I would stay there again for sure.

We stayed for 4 days during our trip to Myrtle Beach in September. The room was okay and quiet. Liked the easy proximity to the beach (10 mins walk), very basic breakfast, and the attached bathroom is kinda small with very slow-moving water from the tub.

We booked here very last minute after finding out original accommodations to be not very clean or safe. This space was a dream in comparison. The front desk staff were beyond friendly and kind and helpful, the hotel was clean and fresh and the breakfast bar was excellent. 100% recommend.

The customer service upon arrival was terrible--the "manager" was very confrontational with customers including myself. Hidden fees were required before i was able to be checked in, even though my reservation was already paid for prior to entering facility. Continental breakfast was very limited . I was very unimpressed by what was offered, and had to go outside the hotel to eat breakfast! Overall, i dont think I'd ever book this hotel for future stays.

It was okay. Our 1st room smelled really good. But, the door would stick and not open. The maintenance man tried to fix it, but was unsuccessful. They changed our room, and the 2nd room smelled like it had been mopped with a moldy mop, but it was carpeted. Apparently the carpet had been shampooed, the next day the room smelled much better, after the carpet dried. This hotel needs to be remodeled. The shower and bathroom sink were updated and great, the toilet seat needed replacing. I saw 3 elevators and only 2 worked. The halls needed vacuuming, and the walls and doors needed a fresh paint job. Overall, it was just okay.

Bed was comfy, shower was great . Wish guests would be quiet especially slamming doors and talking at 3 am when checking into hotel not to mention the dogs barking. Not a three min walk to beach more like 10, breakfast could be better like maybe scrambled eggs & sausage not much of a choice besides breads.

Staff very nice, hotel good place for a night or two. You are able to hear other guests in the rooms next to yours. When we stayed the guests next to us had the tv on all night 24 hours and loud. Hard to sleep. Told the front desk they said yeah you are right. That was it.
