The area is beautiful. The first morning, i found that my bathroom sink was leaking. Not just dripping but pouring out whatever was draining from the sink onto the floor. Let the front desk know and they had maintenance come in to fix it. Both nights i was there, when i was watching TV, the service kept getting interrupted with error messages. The morning i left, i tried to use one of the ice machines but nothing came out. The parking isn't that great either! Other than that, the room was spacious and clean.

Shuttle to and from Airport or breakfast location my wife was handicapped. More handicapped parking. Also prior to booking our room it should have been told about the construction . No idea the patios were locked Was unable to sit on balcony . Once I departed to come home the clerk at the front desk never asked how was your stay. Only safe travels. More customer service needs to be implemented to your guest.

Our first time to Myrtle Beach was beautiful, the people were so friendly the beach was great we loved it all so much we can’t wait to return. I wish we could give 5 stars to the hotel but unfortunately it was lacking in the housekeeping area. We stayed for 5 nights, and while I understand that they don’t change bedding for the duration but at least vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, by the end of our stay we could build a mini sand castle with the accumulated sand on the carpet. We did our best tidying up but it was hard when there was literal dirt. I was under the impression that housekeeping included this as well as making up the beds even if that didn’t mean changing sheets. Other than this our stay was very comfortable, the staff was super friendly, breakfast was included and very good 5 stars, and beds are very comfortable. We had a nice view of the beach and loved the fact that we had a mini kitchen to accommodate our family lunches/snacks. We recommend this hotel as long as you’re aware to treat it more as an Airbnb/condo as you will only be getting towel service and refill of shampoo/conditioner

This hotel is in unacceptable condition and should be avoided. Upon arrival, the room was visibly dirty—black mold covered parts of the bathroom, the drain was corroded with rust, and the arms of the chair were stained with grime. The phone and safe were broken, offering no basic convenience or security. The entire property felt neglected. Hallway carpets were filthy and carried a heavy stench of mold and mildew. The pool water was cloudy and uninviting, and the elevators had a strong, unpleasant odor of urine that made them difficult to use. The so-called “included breakfast” was not even in the hotel—you had to leave the building, cross a parking lot and a street, only to find a poorly maintained, unappetizing selection. The most alarming part? Roaches were found in the room. This is not just poor hospitality—it’s a serious health and safety concern. Spend your money somewhere that respects its guests and maintains basic cleanliness standards.

With the construction, it was inconvenient to get from one building to another. Also, inconvenient in general that the pools are spread apart to different buildings. The surrounding area smelled like cigarette smoke. On the plus side, the suite room was spacious and the continental breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The pool bar was very convenient for food and drinks while at the pool and very family oriented. The music was all kid cautious, all the DJ’s played little games to include the children.

Even tho they had construction going on outside the building we were staying at: they were quite. The pools were nice and kept clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had some new options each time and the waffle maker was amazing! They kept the room nice and tidy while we were out. Definitely a lovely beach view for a partial view. Very happy with the stay we had here!

All of the staff was more than kind and very welcoming - from the front desk staff and cleaning staff, to the hostess and food servers at Rose’s (breakfast). Everything was clean - including the pool area.
