The beds were great! The room was clean. It didn’t have the seating area that was shown in the pictures when I reserved it, but over all it was a good place to stay.

I didn’t like the fact that there was MOLD on my mattress upon entering the room, they refused to change me to another room, and only changed the mattress and the sheets instead of thoroughly cleaning the room. Hair was found on the shower wall and floor and mold on the ceiling. Adrian and housekeeping was so helpful, the only compensation I got was a $10 gift card to the arcade which their arcade is so high, so it was basically one game.I love that housekeeping came every day to change the trash and get fresh towels. Overall the place could be a little cleaner for future guest.

Italian ice was really good ...didnt try nothing else .had plenty of kids stuff to do accept water in the pools was really cold ..parking was soo so but wasnt worth pqying for the parking were parking garages was flooded with water pour drainage..

This property is overpriced for what it offers, From outside looks great, but Rooms would definitely need an update, hallways have a pee smelling, on top of that you need to pay daily parking. Room service was friendly though

The only thing that was somewhat enjoyable about this property were some of the amenities such as the pool, water slides, and lazy river. Our room was ocean view but yet we were right above the pool area and only had the view of the pool beneath us and palm trees located next to the pool area blocking our view of the ocean. The room was FILTHY with stained pillowcases as well as the bed covers. The microwave was dirty and rusted. After complaining they did drop off a trash bag with clean bedding for us to change and a brand new microwave. The 4 chairs in the room were dirty with all types of food crumbs in the cracks and crevices. We did request for a different room and were told that if we switched rooms, the room that we were currently in would be “down” for the whole night and instead were offered free arcade cards.

Very dirty, cockroaches everywhere, the worst money I ever spend on a hotel, if you have kids keep them far away from this hotel.
Cockroaches has the own rooms and hides spots
Cockroaches was Al over the place starting on the parking lot tower 3
Looks at this floor, don’t even try to walk with out sandals on the room
Inside the room the corner looks like they never cleaned

The Crown Reef Resort was a great option for Family. The resort was kept well and the pool, lazy river, 11 jacuzzi’s and waterpark was a huge plus. Every room is oceanfront view, as well as viewing a majority of the pool area, so it was beautiful and calming. My only complaint is that they advertise an indoor heated pool, which was never heated. Overall, a really good family trip
